How to build a better lower chest

I need help with building the lower chest.

Hi, I would appreciate some help and tips for building the lower chest, since it has been one of my most difficult places to be satisfied with. 

Currently I'm stuck at home with no gym, I do have a barbell with some weights, unfortunately i don't have dumbells.

Hey Jose!


Check out this video below man. Do you have access to a decline bench or something you could use as a decline bench? If so, you can do a decline barbell bench press instead of a decline dumbbell bench press.


And do you have a resistance band at home? Because if you do, you can use that to replicate the high-to-low cable fly!

Right now, I don't have something like a decline bench, I've been doing some Incline Push Ups 

Might be able to get some resistance bands though

@Jtv08 Incline push-ups are good then! Anywhere you can do chest dips?


If you can get resistance bands that will at least allow you to do the high-to-low flys!

Got the resistance bands a few days ago! So currently doing high to low chest flys!!

umbbells are indeed the most simple and effective tool to exercise the whole body muscles. If you want to exercise a variety of muscles at home and do not want to buy large fitness equipment, you can consider using this multifunctional fitness board, which is what I have been working on Home use, I hope it helps you!
