Question, for doing calf raises (seated or standing)  1.  How high should the block or platform be (1 inch of 4)...2) Any tips on where to buy these or the best cheap/home devices?

@bluecountry There's no set height that they need to be - they should just be high enough that you can dip your heels down below the block / platform to get a good calf stretch!


You don't even need to buy one really, I'm not sure where you could just buy the block / platform alone, you would probably have to buy the calf raise machine to go with it. But you can make your own, or just use a couple of 45lb plates! Anything to get that little bit of elevation!
