    Calisthenic routine for targeting EVERY muscles of the body ?

    Hello people !

    So I'm travelling the world, always changing countries and hotels and such and I have not the luxury of carrying any weight equipement.

    (Sometimes I use 2L water bottle to work out but its clumsy af)

    I would like to come up with a routine that would target every muscles of my body, so I could train all.
    And also do that training through calisthenics, this way I can easily do it everywhere with no equipements.

    At the very least, I could use a elastic band, this is great for resistance training and it's lightweight and easily carriable,

    Is such a thing even possible?

    When I do my research on internet, most of the time people gives exercices to target the main group of muscles, but I can't find something that would go into the details of every muscle (like fingers, neck, etc..)

    And hello Scott ! I have been working out with your videos since 2013 when you did the Level 1 / 2 / 3 with BeFit, those 20min HIIT training videos. Also a good heart check.
    You have grown so much from that time, I'm happy for you :)

    @fabzil If you're looking for mostly body weight training that you can do, you should consider the home program here on the site man!


    It does include using dumbbells, but you can always do it with just body weight as well, especially if you're training with limited time for taking a breath!

    Take a look! The routines are only 20 - 25 minutes and if you do have a resistance band, there are probably some exercises you can use that with, particularly during the upper body routines!
