Hi. Can alphadestiny or those familar with NE programe please advise me on this, as I am confuse.

1. Is this mini workouts routine correct?

2. Do I need to rotate exercises for this mini workouts routine?

3. Is band pushdowns, triceps pushdowns?

4. Is "good morning" done without weights? Or with bands?

5. Is Prowler or Farmer’s Walk, good as a GPP?

- neck workout (4x25 neck curls, 4x25 neck extensions, and 4x25 side neck work)

- 100 band pushdowns

- 100 band curls (any grip) or 2-3 reverse wrist roller revolutions.

- 2 sets of 50 reps of good mornings.

- 100 rep angle weight leg curls

- basic mobility work (band pull-aparts, band dislocations, or dynamic/static stretching.

- GPP workout (10-30 minutes)

Thanks

@nez I don't know about the program as much as @alphadestiny, but here's a few things...

1. Did you create this routine yourself?

2. What's the goal of the mini workout? To target basically the entire body? You wouldn't have to change this too regularly I wouldn't think, depends how many days per week you are going to do it?

3. Yes I'd say band pushdowns are triceps pushdowns.

4. Likely done without weights for 50 reps, but if you can stand on the band and wrap it around your upper back for resistance then I'm sure that's fine!

5. They are both good, yes!

Thanks scott for the reply.

1. No. Its taken from his book Naturally Enhanced

2. From his book, The mini workouts is designed to stimulate just enough so that it aids in the recovery process, while actually increasing work capacity and performance. It is mainly neck & and bands workout + GPP
Basically is a 2 x per week full body + 2 to 4 times mini workout

Thanks

@nez Oh gotchya!

1. Well if it's from his book, I'd say it must be correct!

2. If there is only this one routine included and no other exercise alternatives, I'd say you can just repeat this whenever it's set to be done during the program. Possibly after you've run through the program for a prolonged period of time you might make some alterations, hopefully Alex can help you out!

Maybe try emailing him or hitting him up on YouTube / Instagram as well!

@nez My pleasure!

And oh, I'll get my team to look into adding a prompt. One thing I usually do is copy what I've written just in case I need to paste it again! Haha.
