    I can only workout 3 days/week

    My work schedule only allowing me to work out 3 days per week what is the best program to do as I am aiming to get more muscles and size together with strength while keeping a little bit of acceptable level of fat, is it the "Full body Evolution"

    Any advise is appreciated

    @firas2fff If you can only work out 3 days per week, yes Full Body Evolution is going to be your best bet for now man! And it will help you gain both strength and size, as long as you eat enough!
