    Workout schedule

    I work 12 hour dayshift. On those days I can only workout at nights, but my off days, I would prefer to workout in the morning. Will it affect my gains any by alternating what time of day I excercise?

    No not at all.  Just make sure you are well rested and eating enough before workouts!
