3x5 front squat (twice a week)

4x5 hammer strength row 

3x5 bench press

4x5 pull up

3x5 ohp (once a week)

3x10 hip-thrust

3x6-8 power shrugs

4x8 calf-raises

3x8 hamstring curls

3 day full-body split (1 hour to 1:30 min sessions)

i do boxing/brazilian jiu-jitsu
