Hey all, I'm currently doing the 4 day split PHUL program, it's a great program, but i haven't seen any (body) changes, I got the Platinum membership to try Cheat & Recovery, and i was wondering if it's possible to do it on a 3 or 4 day split instead of 6 cuz i can't workout 6 days a week.
Is it possible to do this program on a 3/4 day split?
