    3/4 days split instead of 6 days

    Hey all, I'm currently doing the 4 day split PHUL program, it's a great program, but i haven't seen any (body) changes, I got the Platinum membership to try Cheat & Recovery, and i was wondering if it's possible to do it on a 3 or 4 day split instead of 6 cuz i can't workout 6 days a week.

    Is it possible to do this program on a 3/4 day split?

    @zthunder256 Yes you can absolutely do Cheat & Recover as a 3 days split! In fact that's how MONTH 1 is anyway, basically you train every other day and that's needed when you first start the program because your body is going to be SORE. So for you, it might just be a matter of working through MONTH 1 continuously for 3 months, maybe adding in some of the alternate exercises for variation.

     

    Also, if you wanted to add a 4th day in time, you could pick a lagging body part and work on that!
