Hi Scott i have a question.I recently hit ANOTHER bench plateau at 80 kg and it seems like i cant just pass it.My other lifts are 105 kg squat and 150 kg deadlift.Since i mostly follow you and alex(AD) and i dont think i follow in the intermediate spectrum yet so my question is should i take a step back and start doing your full body program or increase the volume.I would love to do something like 5 day upper/lower split(3 upper days) but i dont think that would be a good idea right now.And recently i got overwhelmed with info like that you need to train each muscle at least 2 times per week but yet on FBE you alternate between bench and OHP isnt that only 1 time per week for the shoulders and also i readed that you need like 10-20 weekly sets per bodypart and since you do OHP only 1 day isnt that counted as only 4 weekly sets for the shoulders?Also is it too much to train arms on all 3 days of FBE?

Sry for all the questions Scott but im SUPER confused right now.
