    1st year results (1st bulk 1st cut) question

    I looked throughout the internet and youtube for first year transformations and i realized that even after putting on 10-20ish lbs of muscle they look relatively small still. i was wondering if i got my powershrug to 500x20 will i have visible traps WITHOUT flexing? I seen AlphaDestiny's traps blow up after maybe his 2nd bulk and cut.. so i was wondering were those newb gains or is that only obtainable after 2-5 more years of training? (if you can post pics of newb gains for traps)

    @faijaii It's possible you would have visible traps without flexing. But remember, like I said in my other post to your question about calves - it's not always about how much weight you're lifting. Definitely helps, no doubt. But you should be thinking about eating enough as a beginner / newbie. That's where your gains are going to come from. Train hard, absolutely. But if you're not doing enough eating, that will limit your newbie gains anyway.
