This is an "easy" set of 5 Reps and basically I want to know the small things I can improve since I think my deadlift is pretty decent


HOWEVER I also need some advice on wether to cut or try to recomp considering my 1RM is 160-170kg since as you can see I have quite a belly (some of it is loose shirt but still I have it)

@LAGman91 I really don't see any problems with your deadlift. Your back is neutral, your hips aren't shooting up and you are completing the lockout. It all looks good.

 

Whether to cut or bulk depends on your main goal right now and your body fat %. If you are around 20% I would suggest you cut. Obviously you need to cut if you want to lose fat, but even if you want to gain muscle, you will generally have an easier time and higher testosterone levels at a lower body fat %. If gaining strength is your main goal then body fat % might not be as important to you. So it really comes down to what you want.
