Hello, I have a home gym, but I only have DBs and BBs and a couple benches, I dont have access to Cables or a Machine, are the workouts where I may not need a Machine or Cables? I am a Police Officer and had rotator cuff surgery last January so I am just now getting back into the gym, I feel like im starting over...amazing how much strength you lose after a few months...

@Smitty2012 The Full Body Evolution program is purely free weight based, so you should be able to do the majority of those routines with dumbbells, barbells and benches! Do you have a squat rack too? https://muscularstrength.com/full-body-evolution

And strength does fade fast if you're not working out, but it also comes back relatively fast too with the help of muscle memory!
