I'm Jason. I've been following Scott on YouTube since about April of this year when I first started getting into the gym. I started on a bet with my friend who also wanted to lose some weight. Basically, we did it all wrong. Picked an advanced program and made a bet with one another miss a day you owe the other one $20 (per day missed). We were both pretty broke so the incentive was solid, but the program wasnt built for us. Being newbies we both had great results I lost 35 lbs and my big 3 all more than doubled through the program so there were results just not what I was looking for.
Anywho, watched a video where scott referenced beginner programs vs advanced programs and who should do what and why. Came here and the last 3 weeks I have been doing the basic workout program listed in the "Beginners guide" growth has been noticeable and intense just doing this.
Busy home life limits my workout times and I am currently doing 5 am workouts 4x per week and cardio has unfortunately fallen at the wayside for the moment.
Last I remember hearing, the Full Body Program was looking like mid November release but this was a ways back and I havent heard official release details recently. Super excited for this one. I think it's just what I need.
What says you Scott Herman, any official updates on the release of Full Body Program?
