Thanks to Alphadestiny and scott herman my traps are growing fast. I get the normal DOMs day after the workout. Yet the rest of the time between trap work I'm very aware of my traps they feel like growing pains when I was a kid having a growth spurt. Hard to explain the sensation but it must be because I have never targeted them so well.
I am currently on a self programmed all barbell work out plan all heavy compound moves and I can leave the gym feeling destroyed in 45 minutes or less.
I could use advice on rack pulls. How many reps and sets. Or is it heavy singles? I did 405 yesterday for 4 single reps.
