Hi,

I am Alex and im 48 - 74kg - 1M80

Im doing the 12 Week Home Program. And 3 early mornings i go for a little run. I began this Start to Run programm. This helps me with a podcast slowly increase my running distance.

I also doing the Beginner Warm-up & Mobility Routine before workout and once in the morning there my flexibility is very poor.

Is there a good routine to do after my workouts? Is it recommended to do some kind of streching routine?

Just to avoid unwanted injuries or soreness. Like today i got some Glutes muscle sorenes. Monday i had Upper body tuesday Lower body and yesterday i did Abs

Thanks

Alex

@Lex7019 Just do some basic static stretches for the muscles you work each day after training. For the glutes for example, you can lay down on the floor on your back, then tuck your knees in and wrap your arms around your hamstrings, pulling your knees to your chest. That will give your glutes a good stretch!

Good work with all your training though man, keep it up!
