So what's this program based on? Is it a powerbuilding type program. I just saw a few of his videos so far.

Hey Mike.. are you talking about Brian's powerbuilding program? If you have questions about the routines, it's probably best to post them on the actual routine pages themselves in the program so it's easier for us to see what you're talking about 😊 https://muscularstrength.com/powerbuilding-101
Hey Herculesinwyo,
If you're asking about the Naturally Enhanced program, it is a training system that primarily emphasis the neck, traps, upper back, shoulders, forearms, and glutes. It was designed to make naturals look as big as possible by focusing on the key areas that contribute to mass (aka looking yoked). The training routine is full body twice a week although there are additional templates like 3x full body and upper/lower. NE uses concurrent periodization while focusing on high exercise selection and general strength training. Most of the movements come from the MMA, wrestling, bodybuilding, strongman, and arm wrestling world. So that should give you a good idea what it entails.
Now if I misinterpreted your question and you were referring to regular programs, well Scott has pointed you in the right direction at https://muscularstrength.com/powerbuilding-101
Hope this helps!
Alex.
This could be perfect for me , as my crazy job schedule somtimes 2 days a week is all i make to the gym. 3 days is my goal.
Traps and neck were gonna be a new question i was going to post for coach Scott haha.
I will also look at the power building link.
Sorry about that @Herculesinwyo I didn't realize which @forum we were in haha. Looks like Alex has you covered with his program, but yeah the powerbuilding one is there too if you decide to look into it.
Can't wait to see you get YOKED with NE!
I like the idea of trying his plan for a slightly older guy. I bet it works just fine for this geezer.
I may wait a few more months while I finish getting my shoulder strength back to optimal.
Injuries can be a pain Haha.
Yeah injuries are no fun at all! Just keep working hard with your shoulder mobility/rehab, and good luck with the program once you do try it!
