They are just a money-making scheme. If you want to trim down your waist, get your diet on point, and do some HIIT training to burn off maximum calories and maximum fat. Don't rely on an outside tool if you're not going to do the work in the gym and in the kitchen 😁

Yeah man do all the work in gym and kitchen remember my hip can't run can't skip can only use punch bag can't even kick yet!! Can't really train lower abs just manage the stiff leg dead lift for hams and lower back etc plus not allowed my driving license yet for brain injury etc so can't get to the swimming pool as nearest one is 15 miles away!! Just trying to think outside the box to try and shift this spare tire veins are all bulging on my shoulders and arms top 4 abs all showing just can't get rid of this spare tire! Eating a 800-1000 calorie deficit some days all good food like slow digesting carbs in the morning fast acting ones before training usually eat over 100grams of protein 40g fat and 200 carbs generally around that mark!

Each day im in the gym I spent 2 months doing a single body part each day at the gym 6 days a week

then started doing splits to hit each muscle twice train abs nearly every day cable crunchs and weighted sit ups except when my abs are aching as I said just trying to think outside the box to try and get this shifted!

If cardio is to a minimum, you really need to focus on that diet. Protein needs to be way higher than 100g and you should probably try cutting carbs back to 100-150g daily if you want to lose some stubborn fat. Even carb cycling (low carbs on your off days, high carbs on your intense training days) would be good.

Aim for around 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight, increase the fats and take the carbs down a bit. Don't lower the calories any further though.. remember you don't want to lose too much muscle while cutting, and an 800-1000 calorie deficit is already pretty big.

Impressive stuff! Although how many reps and sets you did is more important than knowing how much weight you lifted 😁 Remember that volume is what you want for muscle growth! 💪

4 sets each exercise last set drop set to failure.

Started off with 12 to 15 reps

decreased it by 1 or 2 reps as I increased the weight

Nice man! Sounds like a good workout to destroy the shoulders!! Although I wouldn't go to failure on every exercise.. only one, or two max.

Ok dude is there a reason for not doing them as often?

shoulders were fried and biceps were fried biceps feel tender the next day!

Bro just tried a teaspoon of salt before training it's awesome felt a super pump in my shoulders is that because I'd be retaining water as well as forcing lots of blood into the muscle?

Going to failure puts a lot of stress on your CNS. It just means you will burn out quicker and hit plateaus easier etc. etc. So better to only do limited exercises to failure - it's a great too to use for sure, but you have to moderate it.

I have been doing the same thing with salt! Amazing the differnce it can make right?! And yeah it can help with pumps due to water retention and increased blood flow. You saw my video right?

Yeah man saw that! It's awesome!!

the pump in my shoulders and biceps were ridiculous! Took a pure stim preworkout 240mg of caffeine that mixed with the salt my arms and shoulders exploded!! People in the gym telling me how big my arms got!! Couldn't touch my shoulders pump was intense! Love it!!

only thing is personal trainer in my gym didn't seem to happy he wanted to train me but don't really want to let many people take credit when my story comes out! Life support to body like a Greek god would be a good marketing platform to get the business growing!

Going to get the Pt business going then aiming for my own gym! Found theses captain America dumbbell set 4kg to 30kg had to wipe the saliva off the floor they looked so cool!!

definitly taking teaspoon of rock salt before training from now on!

Yeah good thinking about the cns! Why I look up to you man! The knowledge about training is crazy your like a walking encyclopaedia of info about training!! Love it!!!
