Hi @Scott_Herman and other members,

I have been trying to get my Deadlift form sorted for a long time but I don't think I am getting it right.

I have watched Scott's video for Setup, Fundamentals etc and the mistakes video too and I have referred to many other videos for Deadlifts.

And I take those cues and go to lift, but when I see myself lifting, those cues are not translating correctly  I believe,

For some reason, my Deadlift doesn't look as smooth as for other people. It looks different.

I had posted a form check before also, and after that tried doing deficit deadlifts too. But If I keep my hips low, they  automatically  try to come up to a position where I can pull. Otherwise I won't be able to Pull.

So now, I keep my hips relatively higher to be able to pull properly.

Let me know what all am I doing wrong from Setup to Pushing the Floor to Pulling.

Hey man, looks like some time has gone by since this post.  I can only imaging your deadlift has gotten better?

Any chance of getting an updated video?
