Yesterday was shoulders, arms, and abs day at the gym. One of the personal trainers wanted to video me as I did a chin up in the chair. I weigh 187.4lbs and the chair weighs 34.4lbs. Full disclosure, I don't usually pause at the top. I usually just pull rep after rep til I'm forced to rest. I'm strapped into the chair by a Grizzly Fitness dip belt (a piece of leather with a chain on the end.) How's my form? any tweaks I should make? wheelchair chin up
