Been exprirementing with my squat a little bit, seem to find that sweet spot now. This is my squat form, want to know if it's any good. I am pretty tired here after some Pushes&Pulls, but this is how I squat overall. THE PASSWORD FOR THE VIDEO IS - "ScottHermanBest". Edit: Guess don't any password.

Your form doesn't look too bad. You're keeping a neutral spine which is great. Maybe get a little lower if you can, at the moment you're breaking 90 degrees which is good, but if you can get closer to Ass To Grass (ATG) that would be even better. Maybe take your shoes off for a start - those look like trainers and aren't the best for squatting in.

If you need to get something with a raised heel that might help your depth, as well as loosening up your hips a bit. Check out this video.
