    I have been following you for quite some time on youtube. And since you are a man that knows his craft, I decided to give you a try. I am new here and I am seeking to reap the benefits of this site. My goal is to build lean strong muscles.๐Ÿ˜€

    I am not so sure with the cheat and recovery part, yet. But I will be navigating slowly through your workouts. Mind you, I am a rookie at this. So, I am looking for all the help I can get.

    That's OK. If you are a bit of a newbie, you can still do the Cheat & Recover program without the cheat reps. It explains everything on the main page if you want to check it out. But you can definitely start with one of the other programs in the meantime to work into it.. even if you can only workout at home, you could do the home program.
