Hi

It would be really cool if someone could take a look at my deadlift just to makesure the form is correct, the bar weighs 95kg.

OK @OllyMcCully, your back is fairly straight, so that is good.

 

Apart from that...you need to tighten things up man. Squeeze and contract your glutes and keep your core tight. You really need to sit down into the bottom of the movementYou should also try making sure you perform a DEAD STOP after each repitition - sit the bar on the ground for a second, then pull it back up.
