I've been working on my deadlift form for almost two months and was interested in any suggestions. I have a habit of looking up and am trying to break that to keep a neutral, straight, spine. I'm also struggling with raking my left shin on almost every lift. Any thoughts on that would be awesome. Could it be my hips aren't square or my right side is significantly stronger than my left?
I should also mention I'm using a switch grip as my forearms are weak and I'm lifting 205, yep I'm a newbie.
