Would like some tips on good breakfast meals. Having hard time finding good breads( t.ex. No whey protein.
From a fat loss and muscle building perspective the best breakfasts are high in protein and fats and contain virtually no carbs. My personal favourite is lean mince beef, brocoli and cashew nuts. Another option is eggs with spinach.
Breakfast, not always easy haha.
Mine:
1 bowl of oats (with milk)
1 bananna
2 kiwi
1 cup of coffe
1 big glass of water
eggs or cottage cheese for the protein
Gives alot of energy and gets u awak. Even at 7 am.

2 whole eggs
10 oz of fish (for example cod or salmon)
2-3 cups of oatmeal
2-3 dl of milk
If this doesn't wake you up, nothing does
1/2 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 min. Mix 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and a dash of sweetener. Mix and eat! This is my breakfast every morning

Oops didn't see u didn't want whey protein in the mix. Oh well it's still good without it.
Meat jerky or smoked bacon with sliced onion roasted for 2 min, and then drown it all up in scrambeled eggs. The smell, the taste...
But really, I should be the last one answering these kind of questions since I really have no meal plan :/
I have 6-egg whites, 11-almonds, and a slice of whole wheat bread. I drink about 32 oz of water, too. This really gets me going!
