Calorie Goal : 2726
Protien Intake Goal : 186
Fat Intake Goal : 65
Carbohydrate Intake Goal : 349

 

I calculated my nutrition goals, but I have no idea what foods to eat and how much, a lot of the foods I see online require supplements and I can't have those. Can you recommend simple foods(like chicken, rice etc.) to fill my intake goals?

@Audxius If you grab a PLATINUM membership, then you can use the @mealplan app to track your food amounts so you know what macros you are getting from certain amounts of food.
