When counting macros, do you count the saturated fats amongst your overall daily fat intake?

What about sugars in your overall daily carb intake?

And if so, what sort of numbers are considered about right and too high for both categories?

Hey Joe,

You count the total FAT, PROTEIN, and CARBS... sugar is a sub category of carbs when reading the label and the same for saturated fat when looking at total FAT.

Rule of thumb... do your best to choose foods that are LOW in saturdated fat and sugar.
