Can anyone recommend a good source for bulking as a Pescatarian? Thanks.

@xeavor you can still eat fish right? What about dairy and eggs? Those will be good protein sources. Then aside from that you'll be able to hit some good fats with nuts, peanut butter, avocado and oils, as well as sweet potatoes, rice, wholegrain breads or pasta, fruits and veges and beans (for added protein too) for your carb sources.

Still plenty of good foods to get you in a surplus for a lean bulk! Have you got your @mealplan and macros sorted?

Fish is an excellent source of protein. If you are pure pescatarian, I would stick with oily fishes like salmon, tuna, mackerel, cod, and sea bass. You can add in shellfish as well as scallops and shrimp. A wide variety of fish will keep it interesting.
