Hi, everyone
I am starting to cut macros and I need a hand filling the gaps. Is soybean protein granulated (the ones that look like cereales) any good?
Or which would you recommend? (the gap its about 12 ~ 20 g of protein)

If you can't get it from food, you could always just have an extra scoop of protein each day if you have some? Otherwise something like canned tuna would be almost perfect to fill that gap, or any lean meats like @Wilsin_Fitness mentioned. Even some milk would be OK...just remember that will also have carbs :D
Now I know that these are animal options, so in case you are a vegetarian or a vegan, I'd go for beans. Packed with protein!
I feel like I am already eating enough meat, and I already have tuna and beans hahahaa
What do you think about egg protein (powder I mean), they sell it in my local pharmacy and its quiet cheap and its seems quiet good as well (every 28g it has 22g of protein)
You can do a pure egg protein powder - Optimum Nutrition makes one - or you could just eat/start eating more whole eggs. You could also add in full fat Greek yogurt. I agree in regards to soy - you really need to minimize your consumption of soy as it is high in xenoestrogens which are not great for a male's testosterone and DHT balances.
It is still best to eat more food than rely on supplements but if the challenge is that you really can't eat any more than what you are now, then an egg or whey supplement will work as well as the other suggestions from the posters above.

Yup egg protein is fine. I used that when I first started using a protein supplement :)
John gave you some good suggestions too!!
Thanks everyone for the advices! I'll buy the egg protein to fill the gap!
