Hey scott, you are doing a geat job by helping nation stay fit.

I have varicocele(enlarging of vains in the scrotum most common in left side of the tescticle) for the past 6 years or more. I didn't even know what it was until now when I was going through some medical tests for a job. I find out  that around 15% of men around the world have these problem. It is most common in young adults. It is not painful or anything.

My question is can i lift heavy in the gym?. I am just a beginner and it's been nearly a year since i started working out. The sources on the internet say that i shouldn't lift heavy and shouldn't do running etc, But I didn't feel any discomfort while lifting weights so far.

what should I do? can i continue working out or just quit and do just yoga? please help me.

@mexican Honestly man, I'm not really sure. I don't know too much about having varicocele. It's good you've looked it up yourself, but I'd also speak to your doctor about it or a health professional who has a bit more information on the topic than I do.

Hopefully you can still train with it!

Thank you very much scott for your reply. I really appreciate it. I started training again. I really loves the way you want us to give more imprortance to Mind Muscle Connection. I care too much about what other people think of me. But by using Mind Muscle Connection, now i can be able to concentrate on my workout rather than what people think of me especially while doing workouts like Glute bridge. And your golden rule series are really awesome and I watched almost all the How to videos of yours. Thanks for that.

I do have one request and that is please make a video about how to perform exercises without getting injured. I mean proper breathing techniques(I know you will say "Breath out when you exert the force"), when and how to make use of wrist bands, belts, which kind of shoes are better for lifting, proper warmup techniques, stretches before and after the workout etc, Thanks again.
