@herculesinwyo Looking awesome Mike! Arms still hugging the sleeves! Glad that IBS didn't knock you back too much!

Well this was a while ago, I have lost about 8 pounds. Waist line and tummy look better, lifts are still gaining. I got to deadlift with some younger guys today at the gym, the energy was great and I did some awesome lifts.

I'm rolling like a freight train. No slowing me down

Well I stayed no belt double overhand grip. They are bigger guys than me and lifted 100 pounds more than me. I'm good with a 385 double overhand beltless deadlift at 170 pounds at 48 years old. 405 soon enough but I cant afford to push to ok far to fast , recovery is slower at this age.

@herculesinwyo 365lbs is still awesome man, especially double over-hand! Great job! You'll hit 405lbs in no time!

Was tempted to try today 🙂 but I had been up all night at work and then hot the gym . I'm patient I can wait till my birthday! 405 on my 48th birthday would be birthday cake worthy.

@herculesinwyo You could even make it a barbell deadlift-shaped cake! Haha 🏋
