OK so I'm a total noobie I just finished a 4 week program to get back into the gym after not having gone for 10 years. The pt at my gym told me to try full body routines but I don't see those here. 

I have been working hard on the diet and nutrition and have been looking forward to using your meal planner. Unfortunately the app doesn't work when I try to log in it just says loading.. 

Anyways I  love your site and videos Scott. You've helped me a ton before I ever signed up, now I'm ready to take it to the next level!!

@Stevenford1119 I'm going to try and get my full body program out in a few weeks. But until then, maybe start with my PPL program, and focus on MONTH 1's strucutre if you can only go to the gym 3 days per week.

 

As for the app, that should be releasing in a week or so, so if you can hold on a little longer, than things that don't work on your current version of the app will be fixed! Sorry for the issues man.

@Stevenford1119 Awesome man! The 5 day split is hardcore! Make sure you post some progress photos of all your gains! Also I see in this thread that you're a newbie, so for your other @forum post about your diet, I'd suggest probably going into a lean bulk right now unless your bf% is too high.

Going to have to jump ship to your ppl.. Some of the burn sets had me lifting zero pounds lol I'm not strong enough for this routine yet.

@Stevenford1119 Haha oh no! It's probably not a bad idea as a newbie to start with PPL to be honest. Get a bit more frequency and build up that strength to tackle the 5 day body building split in the future!
