Ok I’m taking the camper up,the mountain and will be staying at 10,000 feet above sea level.

‘I will be chopping wood , hiking a steep trail to a lake, maybe I will add some hill sprints. Any other ideas on work outs at the camp. Maybe I could do goblet squats holding a big ass log haha.

Rock on folks see ya in a few days

@herculesinwyo Sounds like fun man! You could even work on getting the log on your back for regular back squats instead of just goblet squats! Haha. But you could use big rocks for deadlifts, goblet squats, and even strong man type training if you find something to lift them over - like an atlas stone!

    Have fun!

Ok I found a big rock . I did overhead presses, squats , curls and carrys . It sure felt heavy at 9000 feet. I took it home an it weighs 55 pounds darn. Well I felt it at the time and that's what matters. Now I have a landscape Stone with a story . Yep

@herculesinwyo Happy anniversary Mike! Nothing like a massive stone to remember it by haha. Now you can use that for an extra solid pump on those days you can't make it to the gym 💪
