    New Video Style

    October 30, 2013, 5:01 pm

What are your guys thoughts on the new video style Scott has for his Bicep video this week?

I like the style and shortness of the video, but I dislike the fact that we dont get to hear his tips and talking during his rest periods. And I miss him telling me exactly how to do each exercise too.

The video editing was great, loved the music, and seeing you in a actual gym, but miss all your knowledge that you through in between your sets as you have before.

    Hey Waynesway!

This is just a different series called Just Lift which has a different purpose. He will still continue to film the usual instructional videos talking about form and tips. Some people were asking for a more raw type of video that is more motivational so they can feel like they are at the gym with Scott. The goal is not as much teaching but just watching Scott pushing himself so people get pumped to lift hardcore.

So don't worry! The other videos are not going away. It's just that different people like different things and with the community growing, we need to make sure we are doing our best to provide content to all different tastes and needs. :)

As a graphic and interaction designer myself I watched it with a different view. I like the effects and the intro. I just think the intro was a little bit too long (a few seconds). Oh and I don't like dubstep, but that's just me, haha. Well done.

Haha, yeah DUBSTEP seems to be hit or miss :)

But I am happy you liked it and like Erica said Wayne, don't worry we will have the old style of videos 99% of the time :)

    Thanks for the support guys!

Yep! Scott is very creative when it comes to motivating people.. these videos of him going all the way are really inspiring! The sad news on this video though is that I don't have the iron bull strength grips yet!!

But don't worry I'm adding up some reps keeping the right weight and tempo while working out. Sorry Scott and Erica if I've been out for a while.. I am just too busy preparing a surprise for all the hermanites soon!! But yeah I am a Super Hermanite and I have responsibilities here so you can count on me that I'll be visiting the site at least once a day to contribute in the forums! #HTH
