So here's the deal... I've been following shf for a few years now. A lot of my motivation has come from your videos over the years. My thing is I smack in the middle of my 4th combat deployment with roughly 6 months left. Currently at 67in 182lbs 12.5 bf. I want to put on a little more mass before I try to burn the rest of my fat off but the problem is my meal plan. I literally have almost no control over what/when I get to eat with my schedule so tracking my macros/calorie intake is near impossible. My schedule is such....wake up 2000 and gym until 2200. Shower and eat my "breakfast" at 2300 (mostly 4-6 eggs, oatmeal, and milk, sometimes rice with my eggs if available) guard tower at midnite. My next meal is at 0600 and is a box of 2 hour old scrambled eggs some bacon and a greasy hash brown. Usually thrown away and replaced with my combat powder shake. Then typically go on patrols until 1100. If not too exhausted I'll do 45-60 min of cardio before I eat "dinner" which is maybe a sandwich and some veggies if I'm lucky. Sleep around 1400, wash rinse repeat. Needless to say it's hard to make gains sometimes. I was thinking of using true mass cause it's readily available but have heard it can add more fat than is ideal so have never used it. I'm going to start a routine similar to the Rocks 12 labors routine to try and get some mass and stay as lean as I can so I would t have so much trouble cutting the fat in a couple months. Any tips you can give me to help in my unique situation Scott and Nation? I'll take any advice at this point. Oh and sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I'm a first time poster. Thanks guys!!
