Hi Folks,
I picked up a tub of glutamine on sale and want to give it a try. I know that Scott has mentioned he uses it for support during periods of stress or illness to try to preserve as much muscle as possible. However, if I were to take it on a daily and regular basis, is there a best time of day you'd recommend? Post workout, before bed, morning?
