Got a noob question, forgive me. I take my protein and creatine, my fiber(have digestive issues), BCAA(pills) etc. The one thing that I always wonder about, multi vitamins. I have been taking a mens one a day vitamin. I choose the one a day because it seems to me that anything that is 1000+% of the DV of any ingrediant is not needed. The one a day vitamins seem to reel that in pretty good. Am I wasteing cash on a multi? Do I need it? I follow the macros and eat fairly balanced and clean. Would I get enough from food alone? I do take my fish oils due to being allergic to most fish on the market, so I believe I need to supp that in. Am I good with what I have here? Thanks

Mega Mens (GNC) One a day
Good Ole Fiber
Omega 3's (very specific due to allergies)
ON Amino Energy as a pre-workout only when I really need it
ON Creatine (hydro or isolate something) dont have it in front of me to verify
