Hi guys iam back to working out after 2 month with poor training due to exams or may be i can say 2 months stop so i decided to get a new supplement stack

In this time i gained some weight mostly fat so iam now 190 lbs and 15%bf and iam 182 cm so my mean goal is to lose the layers of fat on my abs and i also have problem with water retention

About nutrition i decided to start with 1800 cal per day 40%protein30%carb30%fat and i will add 3 day 20 mim hiit cardio

So i am thinking to buy Cla -green tea-l carntine may be fat burner such as ripped freak or hyper shred from BSN to help me lose fat and D-Aspartic acid (anabolic freak)to boos my test(i had some success with that product before) and of course whey isolate for recover and to boost my protein intake

And i already have some creatine left

So any what do u think guys about supplement and about my macroas

Any thoughts will be appreciated 😊😊😊

Do not waste your money on fat burners or testo boosters. The only supplements that most people actually consider worth the money is a protein supplement, bcaa, creatine and pre workouts. If you look up some studies on testo boosters or fat burners you will quickly learn how little of an effect they have. Sure, they do SOMETHING, but in the large scale it is not doing enough for you to notice it clearly.

I have always said this about cutting. When you are doing a cut you need to slowly lower your calories over a big period of time to ensure that you are not losing muscle. Thus, do not decide now what the calories are going to be, just carefully and slowly lower the calories untill you hit a caloric intake that allows you to lose weight at a slow and steady pace.

I approve this message! Haha!

I'll actually digress with the pre workout supplement necessity though. I'd recommend coffee or caffeine pills over a supplement in MOST cases (especially if you're wallet is spread thin).

I recommend you stick to just the caffeine.

How old are you, how long have you been training, and where do you prioritize your money? These 3 answers will help me elaborate.

Iam 22 years old i have been training consistently for about 2 yeas (thats the period when i took training seriously) i spend all my money on proper nutrion (lean protein, good carb and fat) and if i have an extra money i buy some supplement as iam still studying medicine so i cant work right now

I'd just save money and go with the basics, whey and creatine. Green tea and coffee for the caffeine.

You are right they are not necessary, I do not use them myself. However they work and are proven which is the reason I had it on the list.

No problem !

If you felt bigger and stronger it is most likely because of your diet and training at the time. Or simply because you felt great taking the supplements, which means they did not actually do anything you just feel like they do because you take them.

Your macros are fine as long as you are not losing weight to fast and you are not feeling hungry.

Lots of good info here.

First, watch this video:

Second, @Scott_Herman's right, bumping your calories up a bit is a good idea. For your height and weight, you can afford to eat more and still drop body fat IMO.

You could also try splitting your meals up so you eat more often - that might make you feel fuller?

I never let my fitness goals decide on if I can have food or not If I am hungry as hell. Simple as this, when you are hungry (especially as hungry as you are describing) you eat. And Like Scott says your calories are kind of low even for cutting, particularly if you are trying to cut at a slow and healthy rate.

@scott and @William so should i raise my caloeries a bit and you should know that my main goal is to lose fat around my medsection as my upper and lower body is too lean but i still have problems with my med section

So iam used to eat low carb diet (90-130 )mostly or 150 gm at max and rarely so if i want to raise my caloeries abit as u suggested should i pump my protein and healthy fat?
