I bought this in capsule form about a month ago, each capsule contains 5g and I have been taking one in the morning in a fasted state and then another with my pre-workout still fasted before I workout at lunchtime.

The way L-cartanine works is different from most other fat burners as it does not speed up your metabolism it actually to helps transport long-chain acyl groups from fatty acids into the mitochondrial matrix, so they can be broken down for the generation of metabloic energy.

I have seen tremendous results using this and I just wondered if anyone else had tried it?

The results were far more likely a function of your hard work and dedication to eating well than the supplement. Congratulations man!

Hi Nils,

yes, L-carnitine act and does what you said and experienced. You consumed 10g per day, usually is said 500-1.000mg per day what is far too low for any changes. At least 4-5g per day is neccessary. Results are even more visible when doing cardio or any endurance activity.

Can you give me a link, where you got 5g capsules? Also can on PM, that we don't doing commercial here :P
