Hi guys. Gonna keep this short as I can.
Skinny-tall guy, really-skinny, with some abdominal fat. Due to my work I am in a sitting position for more than 12 hours a day, so my belly stays pretty relaxed, hence why I got an abdominal distension.
I used some1's advice to try keep my belly sucked in at all times, to try and train it that way. It does work to a certain extent, now I am able to walk with my belly sucked in and that way I have a much straighter back, however it gets really tiresome after some time.
What is your take on using a belt on your belly at all times to squeeze it in. Some1 did tell me Ronnie Coleman used the same method sometime?
