First off sorry if this has been covered. I've been training for about 5 months and today I revisited barbell complex's as I used to hate them but now have a new love for them. Basically it's like this
6's
6 x Clean
6 x Press
6 x Bent Over Row
6 x PushUp's on the bar
6 x High Pull/Barbell Upright Row
Do 6 reps of each exercise hence 6 x ... all the above is 1 set rest 60 seconds and repeat for 6 sets. Honestly never been so knackered it's a lot of fun :P
another is
clean, front squat, press, back squat, push up, High Pull/Barbell Upright Row. Do 2 of each rest then 4 of each rest 6, 8, 10 then go back down pyramid style
