Hi all,

I've found this new article on t-nation and apart from the big macho talk it's making quite a lot of sense for me. What do you guys think?

Thanks.

Haha I love this distinction on the link: "Conditioning makes a man look good naked. Cardio makes a man look good in Lavender skinny jeans and not much else." However, I am not 100% convinced that cardio will not aid in becoming leaner and looking good naked!

Very interesting article! I actually liek several of their points! I believe that your body does get used to the same old cardio and you have to keep increasing lenght in order to put in the same effort and get the same results.

I also believe 100% in always switching it up or you will just get used to it! I have gotten the best fat loss results while doing high intensity training. And I don't think I go full predator mode! I need to work on that!

The other point I like is training in between fasted and full mode. I personally like this because I do not believe in fasted cardio. Muscle loss is a big concern to me and what they said makes sense. Don't be so empty that you getting into a catabolic state. Do it at an internediate level where you have nutrients to prevent muscle breakdown and promote protein synthesis.

Thumbs up :)

Alright, thank you. I've been thinking of adding some rope jumping and loaded carries to my routine at the end of the workout to apply what's been told in the article.
