    Hey Scott so this past month has been hectic. Actually a month today a co-worker passed suddenly kinda of throwing me off a bit but I’m back. So within the last two weeks I have done cardio in the mornings from within the range of an half and hour to a hour and 1/2 it depends on my stamina.


    Eating for me hasn’t been as strict. In the morning I eat eggs sausage for protein. I usually don’t eat lunch because I’m just not hungry. Dinner has been protein and vegetables I’ve ordered out a few times only because the day was busy.

    I will be honest I’m not doing my weights like I should be. But I will tell you this I’m feel so much better in the mornings I actually want to move my body and stay active as much as possible like before and I’m happy.
