Need help to make time for the gym

Dear all,

Lately i got a new job, i am a student at a culunairy school training to be a chef cook. 

On mondays i go to school,

The rest of the week i work 12 to 14 hours a day. Sunday is my dayy of. 

I got a girlfiend and she need some attantions aswell.

Got to do my home work and keep the house clean.

How the heckkk do i have time to train!

I am 4 days off now. I still train on mondays and sunday.!!

@Ikbenloran94 It gets tough man, it really does! Basically you have to make time for it if it's important to you. That might mean you have to start getting up earlier in the morning to go and train before you get on with the rest of your day. That way you won't have excuses to miss a workout later on.

 

But really it comes down to finding 45-60 minutes or so to get a workout in. You can get an AWESOME workout done in that time. Even if you find 30 minutes to train, that is better than nothing!

I will try!

The gyms means a lot. It is not about being in shape or get huge.

But it is like a therapy and getting musclemass is just a plus!

@Ikbenloran94 I can understand that man! The gym is like your sanctuary where you can just shut off from the rest of the world! 💪 ðŸ™Œ
