    Stay in shape during the hollyday season, or any vacation !!

    This is a straight foward routine that has only 4 bodyweight exercises. It's up to you to decide how hard you want to hit it !

     

    10 reps each exercise

    V-up

    Burpee

    Lunges

    Dips

     

    This might not look like much, but with the right intensity and focus it will leave you breathless ! It doesn't take long to do this routine so it should be easy for anyone to set just a little time away from other activities to do some work ! I didn't include my round / set ranges as I usually do, since I feel like you should just go for as many as you feel. For me 3 rounds is enough, as I am not looking to be left on the bed during christmas eve it's just enough to make me gasp for air and sweat, then I go for a nice walk afterwards !

    I did a routine JUST like this today with Erica and my brother in law Jesse. It was INTENSE! 3 rounds! then we did an ab circuit.

    That would me great ! I'm getting back to school on the 2nd though home at about 5, so that would be around 11 in the day for you that day when I am back home. If you are awake we could skype right away if not I can wait a few hours

    8 flat push ups


    8 elevated push ups


    8 dimond push ups


    20 squats

    30 front angle lunge


    15 burpees

    20 lying gluteal bridge


    60 seconds high knee

    Damn man! Trying to make me puke!! haha :) Nice! Is this one of your current routines?

    If I might add, try doing a lateral high knee back and forth for 60 seconds. That way you can build more ankle stability / coordination. #HTH

    it is one of my rutines its very hard to be honest but its a very good way to stay in shape and burn some of that fat
    thanks for the tip ill try it soon i have a lot of more rutines i've used during this year hope you can try one, one of this days and ill try
    any you tell me i have videos of me doing my rutines hope to make one doing one of yours

    Ha Staying hydrated during a workout is important for your energy. As long as you are not drinking way to much. The best thing you can do is to completely hydrate yourself before you exercise
