So it's soon christmas time, and i simply don't have the time to go to the gym therefore i am making this routine which i'm going to do in a couple of hours. This routine will require a set of dumbells which is very cheap so it shouldn't be hard to get a hold of !
Chose medium or light weight that you can do for 10 reps
Hammer curls
Tricep extentions
Consentration curls
Dumbell kickbacks
Round ranges:
3 rounds: Beginner
5 rounds: Intermediate
8 rounds: Advanced
10+ rounds: Bodybuilder / Athlete
Rest time:
Rest 1-3 minutes between rounds.
Tips and tricks:
-If you have multiple dumbells (i have 4) have them ready for when you are doing your next exercise, don't spend time rearanging the weights !
-Keep your rest time as short as possible as the goal of this routine is to make them arms scream !
-If you cannot keep clean form, simply lower the weights. We are working on arms only !
Don't slow down just because it's holiday time. So i hope some of you will try this routine ! Stay tuned as I post my results a little later !
