Today for some reason I had no energy, even though I ate incredibly healthy for all my meals. Well anyway it resulted in me not going to the gym, HOWEVER I did train at home with my bodyweight because thats better than sitting on my ass. So I did the following
plank - failure
push ups, fast positive, slow negative -15-20 reps
handstand push ups, fast positive, slow negative -5-10 reps
biecycles 30 each side
plank - failure
1 min rest after all the exercises, YUP – RIGHT BACK TO THE PLANK !
5-10 rounds, depends on how much you can take.
Honestly this was really brutal. Looks simple, and honestly is simple. But my shoulders were on FIRE. Holy moly did this hurt by the end of it all. Simple routine to do at home, tommorow im back to the gym.
