Hello everyone,
So I am a beginner at weight training and have started my at home workouts. I was doing dumbbell weighted squats with two 30lb Dumbbells. I did not feel anything wrong when I was doing the squats but the next day I am having a lot of pain next to my groin where the muscles connect to my pelvis .
Looking at a leg muscle diagram I think it's either the m. pectineus or the top of the m. adductor longus. I am no expert but that seems to he where the pain is and in only my right leg.
It hurts to try and twist the leg outwards and hurts some when going up steps.
What might I be doing wrong and how long should I wait before I try squats again?
