Hello everyone ! Today I'm bringing a very straight foward challenge routine. It consists of only 2 exercises and WILL require an ab wheel and pull up bar. The challenge goes as follows:
AB wheel roll
Pull up
10 reps each
30 sec - 1 minute rest
3 rounds: Begginer
5 rounds: Intermediate
8 rounds: Advanced
10+ rounds: Athlete / Bodybuilder
I figured that this would be the male version of the workout, therefore made one for the females
6 reps each
40 secs - 1.30 min rest
3 rounds: Beginner
5 rounds: Advanced
8+ rounds: Athlete / Bodybuilder
If you try this routine make sure to leave a comment on how many rounds you got ! When I get the time I will finish it and post my results (though that could take everywhere from weeks to months).
I also need to point out that you only cheat yourself if you count in the rounds where your form is completely off. Let's say you do 6 rounds, though only 4 of thouse were clean the other 2 you used your back and legs to swing over the pull up bar. Thats 4 rounds, don't cheat yourself !
Try this once a month or so to increase your strenght in these exercises and overall body controll. Try to beat your own score everytime you do this, the only opponent is yourself. Therefore you are only cheating yourself by counting the unclean reps.

So i finally got around to do the routine and my goal was to get 12 rounds. However on the 5th and 10th set the last two reps or so got a little off aswell as some cheap reps here and there, therefore my score became 10 rounds.
