Hello guys,

At the moment I have very limited equipment as I am not at home, so I am thinking of doing  full body workouts for a few weeks. I only have access to a rack of dumbbells and a few barbells + weights. How many exercises per muscle group do you suggest I do? I am a total newcomer to full body workouts.

Hey @Hornviper. Have you thought about trying my at home program? All you need is bodyweight and dumbbells to do Upper, Lower and Abs workouts. It's perfect if you are new to them!
